You can access lab results, office visit notes, immunization records and more. You also have the ability to check on appointment times and dates. Medication refill requests can be made through the portal as well. Everything accessed through our patient portal is by requests and completely secure. Why can’t I see some of my test results?
Your doctor must authorize the release of your test results, in order for them to appear in your Patient Portal account. Doctors often prefer to communicate test results of a sensitive nature in person, instead of via the Patient Portal.
